Pilot Officer Gibson has completed a highly successful operational tour. His determination has been outstanding. During one sortie while flying to BERLIN his flying instruments become unserviceable owing to extreme cold, but by skilful flying he was able to press on a complete his mission. This office as always displayed a fine spirit and great determination to duty.
